鈑金加工(gong)(gong)(gong)的方法有:非模具(ju)(ju)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)模具(ju)(ju)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)。雖然它們(men)的加工(gong)(gong)(gong)流程都差不(bu)多,但是總逃(tao)不(bu)過以下幾點:
1、設計(ji)部門(men)根(gen)據要求(qiu)設計(ji)出鈑(ban)金加工的零配件(jian)圖片,并且以3D的形式一一展(zhan)開表現(xian)出來,方便加工部門(men)加工,并充分展(zhan)現(xian)出鈑(ban)金件(jian) 的具體結構。
2、對所下(xia)發的(de)零配件圖片進(jin)么下(xia)料(liao)加工,下(xia)料(liao)的(de)方式有很好,具(ju)體(ti)可分為(wei):剪床(chuang)下(xia)料(liao)、沖床(chuang)下(xia)料(liao)、CNC數(shu)控下(xia)料(liao)等(deng);
3、壓(ya)鉚時(shi)要(yao)注意(yi)其方向,可通(tong)過(guo)沖床或液壓(ya)鉚機來對鈑金進行壓(ya)鉚。
4、焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)要牢固,焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時要在焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)面打個(ge)凸點(dian),使其焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時能接(jie)觸(chu)到(dao)平板表面,焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時要保證其焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)時間以及壓力等因素(su)。
5、鈑(ban)金的(de)(de)成型加工:主要就是(shi)對(dui)鈑(ban)金進行折彎(wan)、拉伸,折彎(wan)的(de)(de)加工順(shun)序主要是(shi)由(you)(you)內(nei)而外、由(you)(you)小到(dao)大、先折特殊情況(kuang)再折一般形狀的(de)(de)優先順(shun)序加工。
6、表面處理:近根據客戶的要求在鈑金表面鍍成一種保護膜,增加烤漆的附著力 通過激光切割機(ji)的自動化操作(zuo),使鈑(ban)金加工技(ji)術(shu)得到更一步的改變(bian),實現了(le)無人化操作(zuo),即(ji)節(jie)約(yue)了(le)人力成本,又(you)大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了(le)生產效率,提(ti)高了(le)生產數量,對鈑(ban)金未來的發展(zhan),起著顯著的作(zuo)用。
